Akari Washi Paper Globe Pendant Light

Searched for the perfect globe pendant for over a year. This is it. No notes.

There was a small crease in the washi paper when it arrived which was disappointing. I emailed the team and they were super responsive and sent a replacement shade right away. Great service.

It's beautiful but I'll be honest -- the light output is pretty soft. If you need actual task lighting this isn't it. As a mood light and statement piece though it's absolutely perfect.

The pendant is pretty and well-made but it felt smaller than I expected. Definitely double-check the dimensions before ordering. The washi glow is lovely though.

I've been going all in on the Japandi aesthetic and this pendant fits in perfectly. Clean, minimal, warm. It looks like it was made specifically for my space.

I was going for that warm, intimate restaurant vibe in my dining room and this pendant nailed it. The washi globe diffuses the light so evenly -- no harsh spots, just pure warmth.

I've seen a lot of globe pendants and most of them look a little off -- either too flat or too elongated. This one is perfectly round and the proportions are just right. Looks incredible.

I hung this in my entryway and it sets the tone for the whole house. Guests always comment on it the moment they walk in. The globe shape and the warm glow are just so welcoming.

I designed my living room refresh around this pendant and zero regrets. It's the first thing everyone notices and it sets the tone for the whole space. Absolutely love it.

The product photos are beautiful but this pendant is even more impressive in real life. The washi paper has this really organic, handmade quality to it that you can't fully capture in photos.

I was not prepared for how beautiful the light diffusion would be. It's not just a pendant -- it's like having a little glowing moon hanging in your room. I turn it on every single evening.

I was hesitant because I'd never bought a washi paper light before and wasn't sure how it would hold up. Two months in and it still looks perfect. The glow is just beautiful.

I've been obsessing over washi paper lighting for a while and this one is the real deal. The globe shape is so perfectly round and the light it puts out through the paper is just incredibly soft and warm. My dining room feels like a completely different space.

There's something about the way washi paper diffuses light that just feels so calming. This globe pendant creates the most peaceful atmosphere in my living room. I'm obsessed.

I was nervous about a paper shade shipping safely but it was packaged incredibly well. Arrived in perfect condition and looked stunning once it was up. Really impressed.

The globe shade took me a few minutes to figure out but once it was together it looked incredible. The washi paper is really delicate so just take your time with it. End result is stunning.

I have 11-foot ceilings and was worried the cord might be too short but it was perfect. The pendant hangs at exactly the right height and the globe looks stunning in the space.

I've bought pendant lights online before and been disappointed but this one blew me away. The craftsmanship is really impressive and the washi paper shade feels high quality. The glow is so warm.

I put this in my bedroom instead of my usual bedside lamps and it completely transformed the space. The soft washi glow is so perfect for winding down at night. Best decision I've made.

I've been slowly building out a more organic, nature-inspired home and this pendant was the piece I was missing. The washi texture is so beautiful and the globe shape is just perfect.

I was worried the paper shade would be too fragile for everyday use but it's been up for two months and looks perfect. Just don't put it somewhere it'll get bumped a lot.

I know that sounds dramatic but the lighting in my dining room has completely changed the vibe of having people over. Everyone stays longer and the whole atmosphere is just so much warmer.

I love everything about this pendant -- the design, the glow, the quality. My only wish is that it came in a larger globe size for my bigger dining room. Still giving it 5 stars.

The pendant is gorgeous and I love the look of it. I just wish the washi paper felt a little more durable. It's clearly delicate by design but I'm always a little nervous around it.

The pendant is genuinely beautiful and the quality is great. It just felt a little too delicate and understated for my space which has a lot of bold elements. Would be perfect in a more minimal room.

I replaced a really harsh overhead light with this pendant and the difference is night and day. The washi globe turns the whole room into this warm, cozy space. My family loves it.

Great quality, beautiful design, and it arrived faster than I expected. The washi globe looks incredible over my dining table and I get compliments on it constantly.
